Refund policy
Returns:
Kristalize Jewelry does not accept returns but we do accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We allow exchanges only if product is returned in new condition. We ask that you please send back original receipt of purchased item. Please send exchange back to:
Kristalize Jewelry- 201 Applegate Trace Pelham, AL 35124. Once item has been received Kristalize will issue a gift card to move forward with exchange process.
Shipping:
All packages will be provided with tracking information once package is shipped. Please allow up to 24- hours before tracking package. US shipping is a standard flat rate of $5.00, shipping may take 7-14 business days depending on location. Kristalize Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS prior to contacting Kristalize Jewelry for assistance.
Product Protection:
Most jewelry is stainless steel 18k gold plated which means WATER PROOF , but for best care avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions while wearing jewelry.
Maintenance:
We ask that you follow all rules of Product Protection. If a piece of jewelry happens to break , and you have ALL original pieces please send back to Kristalize, and we will send you a replacement FREE of charge.
Repairs:
If you need a repair, the jewelry MUST be Kristalize Jewelry. If piece is discontinued we do not offer repair. We also must have all pieces for repair or additional charges may be applied. Please send returns or repairs to:
